1. Acceptance

By using Arguelne's website, mobile app, or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arguelne. Shisha delivery services are restricted to individuals of legal smoking age in Lebanon.

3. Services

Arguelne is a platform that connects customers with premium shisha lounges for delivery. We facilitate orders and logistics. Partner lounges are responsible for product quality and preparation.

4. Orders & Payments

• Prices displayed include the setup price; delivery fees are shown separately
• We accept cash on delivery, card payments, and Sallemon Wallet
• Cancellations must be made before preparation begins
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy

5. Equipment Rental

Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition. Damage or loss may result in replacement charges.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass delivery personnel or lounge staff
• Provide false information about your age or identity

7. Intellectual Property

All content and branding on Arguelne's platforms are owned by Arguelne / Sallemon.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arguelne facilitates the connection between customers and lounges. The quality of the shisha product is the responsibility of the partner lounge.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
